Peñín wine guide (spain):
On the podium of the Best Spanish wines. Excellent wine. It is in every sense extraordinary, full of complexity, with abundant sensory elements both on the nose and the palate that arise from the combination of soil, grape variety(...), elegant and utterly outstanding
by J. Peñín.
Wine Advocate (ee.uu):
It exhibits great intensity on the nosewith elegant red fruit, mingling with lavender and terracotta aromas. It is welldefined and speaks of its place. The palate is medium bodied with a fleshy, well-defined entry. Crisp red fruit, sage and a touch of orange rind vie for attention, while the oak is succinctly well-integrated. The cocoa-tinged finish is both satisfying and long.

International Wine Cellar (ee.uu):
Highly perfumed nose. Sappy, incisive dark fruit flavours are lifted by tangy acidity and pick up smokiness and oak spices with air. Finishes on a gently sweet note, with very good clin-ging length
by S. Tanzer.
All kind of red meats, bellota ham, grilled fish and dishes with rich sauces.
We recommend to let it breathe for a while before consumption.
Serving temperature: 16º-18ºC.
